Minutes of a meeting of the committee in charge of the Strashun Library, Vilna, that took place at the home of Rabbi Isaac Rubinstein. Present were: Rabbi Rubinstein, L. Gordon, B. Epshteyn, M. Din [?], Dr. A Virshubski, and two librarians, Y. Strashun and Khaykel Lunski. Strashun complained that though the library is under the control of the Tzedakah Gedolah (the autonomous governing body of the Jewish community), the librarians do not receive the same salary bonuses as other Tzedakah Gedolah employees.
