Jewish writer and journalist.  Active in the Zionist movement and secretary of the Zionist Organization in London.  After World War I he toured Europe and reported on the pogroms of 1918-1919 in the Ukraine and on the Jewish situation throughout Europe.  His books relate to Zionism and topics in Jewish history.
